PERSONALISED ORDERS
To personalise an item, simply leave the name or wording you require in the notes section at checkout. Alternatively you can email me, or reach out on social media @allcoatscreations - just let me know your order number.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Unless stated on individual products -
For in stock items, I try to get them out between 3-5 business days, this may be earlier, it depends on busy time periods.
For personalised and handmade products, please allow between 1-2 weeks.
All items are now shipped and tracked with Royal Mail.
You can choose:
Tracked 2nd Class : £3.00 (approx. 3 - 5 working days after dispatched)
Tracked 1st Class : £4.50 (approx 1-2 working days after dispatched)
or a collection option is also available.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email to confirm, along with your tracking number.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Allcoats Creations, we hope you love your order as much as we loved creating and making it for you. However sometimes that isnt always the case.
If you aren't happy with your order, please email with 14 days of delivery, along with your order number.
If you are eligible, we will instruct you on where to return your order.
Please note, the buyer is responsible for cost of postage and if the return does not reach us - we recommd either sending tracked or getting a certificate of posting . Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold in.
Unfortunately, unless we are at fault, we do not accpet any returns for personalised and custom orders.
